Recognizing the absence of an up-to-date plan, I embraced the opportunity by crafting a dynamic strategy that not only aligned with our brand standards but also integrated our vision and mission. This strategic initiative, pivotal in our organizations pursuit of excellence, played a crucial role in our journey to become accredited through CAPRA by the National Parks and Recreation Association, showcasing my dedication to enhancing our organization through effective communication.
